Donnie Danner started karate in 1976, and was awarded a black belt 1979. He
teaches karate full time at the Danner Karate Center in Tennessee, which
he has owned and operated since 1989.

An tournament competitor from 1976 through 2001, some of his most notable results
include being the 1993 NASKA World Champion, as well as a bronze (1993) and silver
(1997) in kumite at the Wado International World Championship.

An active member of Guseikai U.S.A., Mr. Danner had the distinction of being awarded
his 5th Dan in Japan in May 2003 from the JKF Wado Kai.

He is a lot of fun to be around and has a wealth of experience to share with everyone.
We are very happy to have him assisting us at our camp this year!
