John Abbott College is located in the suburbs of the western part of the island of Montreal. Situated on a beautiful campus facing a river, it is a focal point for leisure activities during the summer. People can be found jogging, cycling, kayaking and boating in the near vicinity .

In addition, there are several large soccer fields that are free to use, and the charming village of St. Anne-de-Bellevue a few minutes walk from the campus. Home to thousands of students during the year, the John Abbott College is one of the prettiest campuses around.

Drive a few minutes, and you end up at the Morgan Arboretum, featured in the tv show "The Amazing Race" as well as Pointe-Claire village, yet another place worth exploring. Throw in the great restaurants and a major highway near the college that can get you to the downtown core, and some serious fun, in 30 minutes or less, and you have a great place to be!
