The Women in Karate ‘09 registration form can be downloaded using the link provided below. For everyone’s convenience, the majority of the information can be typed into the form directly. Once that is done, please be sure to print it out, fill out the remaining information and either send it to us by mail or (scan it and) email it to summercamp2009@hotmail.com. Please remember to register by April 24th.

In addition, we have made an important modification to our Women in Karate’ 09 brochure. There has been a reduction in the registration fee. One of the banquets has also been removed from the schedule. Please see the updated Women in Karate ‘09 brochure.
