Eric Hill will be returning to Montreal to conduct a one day seminar on sport karate.
He will be covering the following topics:
1. Defensive drills.
2. Basic throws and take downs.
3. Physical preparation and plyometrics.

The date is Saturday, April 12th, 2008. The seminar will cost $60.00 (CAD) for all
those who are interested in attending. Here is the schedule for the day:
9:00 AM to 11:30 AM Malcolm-Knox Aquatic Center
1:30 PM to 4:30 PM John Abbott College

This seminar is open to all competitors and coaches, regardless of their skill level.

Bob Nash has confirmed the details for the (May) instructor’s seminar in Colorado:

Dates: May 16-18 (Friday through Sunday)
Cost: $250 USD

Seminar Schedule
Friday: 7:00 - 9:00 PM Karate business seminar with Miguel Serrano.
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Wado seminars with Bob Nash.
Sunday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Wado seminars with Bob Nash.

Please note that lunch will be provided on Saturday. This seminar is intended
for instructors and senior students only; notebooks, pens and camcorders are
highly encouraged.

To give Bob a chance to plan, he is asking that anyone who is interested
let him know within a week if they are planning on going. For those flying
in, you have two options: Colorado Springs (easier) or Denver (cheaper).

Some suggestions for hotels will follow shortly.

Mr. Bob Nash, 7 Dan (JKF Wado Kai), will be holding two seminars that
target instructors. The first will be held over the Easter weekend, on
March 21 and 22, in Seattle. The next seminar is scheduled for Colorado
Springs, with a date to be determined. It will be either the first or third week of May.
